Puppies arrive to their forever homes current on all dewormings, up to date on all vaccinations, AKC LIMITED registration(full is sometimes considered to approved homes with an additional fee), starter packet with starter food & a two in a half year guarantee against hip dysplasia. Even though we are confident that your puppy will test negative for hip dysplasia, if your new forever friend tested positive for hip dysplasia between the ages of 24-30 months you have the option of receiving a new puppy upon availability. NO CASH REFUND will be given.

Based on the known genetics of your puppy’s lineage, he/she is guaranteed by this breeder to be free of Severe genetic Hip Dysplasia, Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) and Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM). In some situations there is a chance your puppy can be a carrier of any of the above conditions and you will be notified in those situations if breeding is expected in the future, but those puppies will not be affected in his/her lifetime, they are not to be bred to another carrier of the same!
Pups have been wormed & vaccinated on a weekly/ monthly schedule. Please refer to the vaccination/ deworming report for details. Puppy will go to forever home Microchipped with AKC reunite microchip.
Purchaser has one week from date of arrival to have the puppy vet checked to confirm puppy is happy & healthy. HAVE YOUR VETERINARIAN DO A FECAL EXAM ON YOUR PUPPY TO ASSURE PUPPY IS STILL CLEAR OF ANY PARASITES. We make sure puppy is clear when they leave our home, nerves can bring things out in their system. It’s actually very common.

THIS HIP GUARANTEE IS FOR SEVERE HIP DYSPLASIA ONLY WHERE THE DOG WILL NEED SURGERY OR EUTHANIZED. Buyer accepts responsibility for not overfeeding the dog/puppy (which can also bring about hip dysplasia). NO CASH REFUND will be given. The breeder is not responsible for veterinarian fees or shipping cost.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed your new puppy. This guarantee is non-transferable. The dogs must have been in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if pup has been bred. No replacement if the registration application form has expired. You must follow the veterinarian’s recommended nutritional program, including recommended dog food.
Due to the varying kinds of food and different environmental conditions the puppies come in contact with; and the fact that all puppies have immune systems that take time to mature, the terms of this guarantee will not be honored unless they are given NuVet Plus immune system builder, as directed by the manufacturer, for the entire guarantee period. If said puppy is spayed or neutered before the age of 18months, this agreement is VOID. Please do your research & let your puppy grow before getting spayed or neutered. Early spay or neutering can result in stunting growth, joint issues, & much more.
All the above mentioned must be met or all guarantees above mentioned will be void. Seller sells pets for companion purposes only.
Buyer also agrees, that if for any reason in the lifetime of the said puppy/adult Labrador, if they can no longer keep in their possession they will relinquish ownership back to Seller, Michelle Jones- Leadhill Labs. Under no Circumstances is Buyer to release puppy/Adult Lab to any Rescue Group, Shelter, or any other type of facility for re-homing. Buyer is to Contact Michelle Jones immediately and arrange for puppy/Adult Lab to be released back to Seller, where it will always has a home, where the Labrador came from.
If purchaser is unable to pick up puppy at 8 weeks of age it will be an additional $10 per day per puppy until picked up or sent for travel. Sorry to do this, so many have taken advantage. There are different situations where this does not apply(flight schedules, travel company schedules).
